Administrative Coordinator, College Of Fine Arts, School Of Theatre

The College Of Fine Arts seeks an Administrative Coordinator for the School Of Theatre. This position assists with a variety of duties, ranging from reception and office management to special projects focused on marketing, recruitment, database maintenance, and the supervision of the student work-study program. Responsibilities include: Serve as the face of the School Of Theatre by managing guests, incoming phone calls, email correspondence, and mail. Manage the School's Script Library and inventories and stock office supplies. Serve as scribe for SOT faculty and staff meetings. Support faculty with special projects and IT-related questions. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Schools work study staff. Support the Director of Admissions with Information Session scheduling, audition appointment scheduling, course evaluation distribution, and Summer Theatre Institute application processing. Required skills include a B.A./B.S. A friendly, patient and dedicated demeanor, and outstanding phone manner, are essential. Prior college admissions, technical theatre, and/or marketing experience a plus, 1 -3 years of experience.
