Graphics Designer
We need an experienced Graphics Developer to support the Real Warriors Campaign (RWC) at the Defense Health Agency's Psychological Health Center of Excellence (PHCoE). The RWC is a public health initiative promoting psychological health, reducing stigma, and supporting suicide prevention among service members, families, and the DoD community. In this role, you will create multi-channel campaign content, manage RWC product inventories, develop audience-specific materials, support communications and outreach efforts, and report on campaign activities and engagement. Propose, develop, and implement outreach, awareness, and educational activities. Review the RWC website to ensure that content is current and accurate, and that links are active. Participate in developing a robust strategic communication plan that includes actionable communication, media engagement, and marketing plan to inform campaign efforts over the next five years. Collaborate with SMEs to produce new RWC campaign content across multiple communication channels (e.g., print, digital, social media, etc.) in a variety of formats (e.g., brochures, pamphlets, posters, videos, public service announcements, digital, etc.) targeting active duty service members, family members, medical providers, commanders, and others as directed. Create and tailor presentation materials suitable to event audiences that communicate RWC key themes and provide information about the campaign and its activities Maintain a comprehensive list of all publicly available RWC products, to include RWC articles, infographics, videos, multimedia products, hard copy campaign materials, and all included active links, across all types of content and platforms (website, social media, etc.). Produce and deliver quarterly Campaign Outreach Review Report that includes (for each content item) the date of the public event or conference, name of the public event or conference, approximate number of participants, types of materials disseminated, approximate number of materials disseminate and the identified key theme(s) Qualifications
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other industry-standard design tools Demonstrated experience producing digital, print, and multimedia content for diverse audiences across multiple platforms Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience supporting federal government, military, or public health communication campaigns
