Communications Sme IV
We need an experienced Communications SME IV to support the Real Warriors Campaign (RWC) at the Defense Health Agency's Psychological Health Center of Excellence (PHCoE). The RWC is a public health initiative promoting psychological health, reducing stigma, and supporting suicide prevention among service members, families, and the DoD community. In this role, you will oversee campaign content, outreach, and communications strategy, manage stakeholder engagement, and report on performance to support continuous improvement. Produce new RWC campaign content across multiple communication channels, in a variety of formats, targeting active duty service members, family members, medical providers, commanders, and others as directed. Maintain a comprehensive list of all publicly available RWC products, to include RWC articles, infographics, videos, multimedia products, hard copy campaign materials, and all included active links, across all types of content and platforms (website, social media, etc.). Develop a plan for lifecycle management of all campaign materials and execute a sustainable review, update, and archive process to ensure that campaign materials are technically accurate and reflect the most up-to-date information available. Review the RWC website ensuring content is current and accurate, and that links are active. Develop and execute campaign outreach activities, secure media engagements that deliver campaign content to target audiences and cultivate and manage partner relationships to maximize coordination and stakeholder engagement. Identify, facilitate, exhibit, and present at conferences or events aligned with campaign aims. Create and tailor presentation materials suitable to event audiences that communicate RWC key themes and provide information about the campaign and its activities. Propose, develop, and implement outreach, awareness, and educational activities. Develop a robust strategic communication plan that includes actionable communication, media engagement, and marketing plan to inform campaign efforts over the next five years. Analyze historical records of anti-stigma communications, outreach activities, and media engagements to inform campaign efforts. Conduct market research to create a list of media markets and channels that public education and outreach efforts should target to best amplify campaign messaging and to attract new participants. Monitor the performance of campaign activities and to report on RWCs contributions to help-seeking, stigma reduction, and suicide prevention. Produce and deliver a quarterly Campaign Outreach Review & Campaign Content Review Reports beginning 120 days after contract award (DACA). Produce and deliver an annual Strategic Communications Plan Review Report that includes the actionable communication, media engagement, and marketing plans informed by the analyzed historical records and market research findings beginning 60 DACA. The contractor shall apply lessons learned from RWC monitoring, evaluation, and needs assessment efforts to conduct continuous quality improvement activities to enhance campaign operations. Qualifications
Minimum of ten (10) years' professionally related experience Three (3) years of social media and marketing experience Experience providing social media and marketing services for psychological health campaigns - preferred Education
Bachelor's degree or higher in related field Master's degree - preferred Location
