Apply today! Key Responsibilities Be responsible for and ensure seamless 24/7 AV operations while maintaining service continuity. Implement and govern efficient shift management processes. Monitor and maintain compliance with SLAs while ensuring KPIs are consistently met. Conduct regular performance reviews to assess and enhance staff performance. Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate operational disruptions. Ensure all activities are pre-planned, structured, and driven with precision. Maintain up-to-date operational documentation and standard operating procedures. Vendor Management Manage vendor relationships to ensure adherence to program metrics and contractual obligations. Hold vendors accountable through performance reviews and issue resolution. Develop productive partnerships to optimize vendor performance and service delivery. Performance Management Conduct regular performance reviews to evaluate and improve staff capabilities. Provide mentor and professional development opportunities to build a high-performing team. Address performance gaps through corrective actions and support mechanisms. Nurture a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment. Reporting and Reviews Prepare and present comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews. Analyze operational data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Deliver detailed performance reports to stakeholders with actionable recommendations. Problem Solving Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure business continuity. Develop innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity. Perform effectively and make decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure scenarios. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual rate for this position is $125,000.00 per year, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
