We're looking for a growth-obsessed marketer to lead our performance marketing efforts and help scale our DTC business across paid channels. As Growth Marketing Manager, you'll own all acquisition marketing programsincluding paid social, search, affiliates, and emerging platforms. You'll be responsible for driving efficient, sustainable growth through performance strategy, creative testing, and ongoing optimization. What You'll Do
Own and optimize all paid media channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, affiliates, and new platforms Build and execute full-funnel strategies to drive acquisition, conversion, and LTV Manage our affiliate program: recruit partners, set commissions, and drive performance Partner with ecommerce, creative, and marketing teams to brief, test, and iterate content and landing experiences Collaborate with external agency partners on budget pacing, KPI performance, and campaign execution Forecast, track, and report on channel performancesurfacing insights and opportunities Design and lead A/B tests and growth experiments to inform scalable strategies What You'll Bring
5+ years in performance or growth marketingDTC or beauty experience preferred Deep expertise in paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, and affiliate platforms Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, Looker, Excel, and other analytics tools Experience with A/B testing, CRO best practices, and creative optimization Proven ability to manage budgets, drive efficiency, and deliver measurable results Highly organized, self-starting, and able to manage multiple initiatives across teams Proficiency in Figma and a strong creative eye for performance content Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment $115,000 - $130,000 a year
