Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and licensed

Commercial Property Manager

to oversee a portfolio of office and retail on behalf of ownership clients. As part of a third-party management firm, the Property Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, maximizing property performance, and ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners and tenants. Oversee daily operations of assigned commercial properties, including vendor management, maintenance, and security. Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets; track and report on financial performance. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to lease terms. Negotiate, prepare, and manage service contracts and vendor relationships. Coordinate tenant move-ins and move-outs; ensure compliance with lease obligations. Handle tenant relations, including addressing maintenance issues, complaints, and lease enforcement. Review and approve invoices, process payables, and assist in rent collection and delinquencies. Prepare monthly and quarterly ownership reports and participate in client meetings. Collaborate with leasing agents and asset managers to support lease-up efforts and capital improvement projects. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications: Active real estate license in CA. 5+ years of experience in commercial property management; experience with third-party management a plus. Strong knowledge of property operations, lease administration, budgeting, and financial reporting. Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, MRI, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: CPM, RPA, or other industry designations a plus. Experience managing a diverse portfolio of commercial assets. Background in tenant improvement projects or capital planning.
