Description Manage all phases of the billing cycle using Aderant Ensure invoices meet attorney and client billing guidelines Provide billing analysis and reporting Address billing-related inquiries from attorneys and clients Ensure timely prebill distribution, revisions, and invoice submission Maintain billing documentation and coordinate prebill audits Collaborate across departments and recommend process improvements Profile 3+ years of law firm billing experience, preferably with Aderant, Elite, or similar software Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using e-billing platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proactive, independent, and client-service oriented Able to thrive in a high-volume, team-driven environment Job Offer Hybrid work flexibility
