Call Center Specialist
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Specialist to join our team in Bridgewater, New Jersey. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering product information. Meet or exceed performance metrics and call center goals. Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills. Adapt to a dynamic and fast-changing call center environment. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or retail roles. Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly. Proven ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality service. Familiarity with call center systems and tools for documenting customer interactions. A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment. High level of professionalism and reliability.
