The Senior Analyst
Business Development plays a key role in identifying, evaluating, and supporting strategic growth opportunities for the organization. This role combines market research, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to develop actionable insights that drive revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. The Senior Analyst will work closely with senior leadership to shape business strategy and execute on high-priority initiatives. How you will make an impact: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, new markets, and growth opportunities within the Airport Operations space Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives, including financial models, forecasts, and ROIC analyses Identify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders to establish strong relationships and drive new business initiatives. Lead discussions with cross-functional teams, including operations, safety/training, talent acquisition, and ops planning, to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. Lead the negotiation and closure of business deals, contracts, and partnerships to achieve revenue targets. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients and partners. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets. Proactively find opportunities and build a business case for opportunities Marketing of UGE and client facing discussions Coordinate and delegate tasks to the business development team and other teams as necessary What you will bring: Required Experience, Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field 2-6 years of experience in business development, corporate strategy, investment banking, consulting, or a related analytics role Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation techniques Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and market analysis tools; CRM experience a plus. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills. Ability to travel as needed 10-20% per month Preferred Experience, Qualifications & Skills: Experience in Airport Operations or Airline industry Demonstrated track record of supporting high-impact strategic initiatives Total Rewards: Base Salary range: (L5) annually Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
