Warehouse Specialist
The Warehouse position is responsible for general material handling duties, including organizing items in the supermarket, picking orders, moving parts, and performing cycle counts. This role supports fabricators by gathering materials needed for production. Additionally, the Material Handler will be responsible for receiving parts both manually and through the ERP system, moving materials to inventory storage racks, and loading large snow plows onto freight line trucks. Organize and put away materials in the supermarket. Pick orders and move parts as needed. Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy. Support fabricators by gathering necessary materials for production. Receive parts manually and record them in the ERP system. Move materials to inventory storage racks. Load large snow plows onto freight line trucks. Experience in warehouse operations. Knowledge of material handling procedures. Understanding of steel mechanics and fabrication. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. 2 years of warehouse experience. 1 year of steel experience. 1 year of inventory experience. This warehouse role offers an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals looking to start or advance their career in fabrication. Employees have the potential to grow into positions such as Laser Operator, Welder, Break Press Operator, or Heavy Assembly. The facility is clean and well-maintained, housing 55-60 employees on the shop floor. Assemblers work in their designated areas to assemble various large-scale snow removal equipment. This is position based out of Waukesha, Wisconsin. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
