We are seeking a dependable and highly organized Receptionist to join our behavioral health team in Pompano Beach, FL. This role is essential to the daily operation of the facility and provides both administrative and patient-facing support. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Position Details: Reports To: Executive Director Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday Location: Pompano Beach, FL (On-site) Key Responsibilities: Greet and screen visitors while maintaining a secure and welcoming front desk environment Answer and direct incoming calls, messages, and inquiries Organize and manage patient financial accounts, vouchers, and petty cash Coordinate and document patient discharges, including property and account reconciliation Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes for patients and staff Support patients with shopping funds and manage QuickBooks entries for all transactions Coordinate facility tours for potential patients and families Assist staff with administrative needs such as collecting signatures, releases, and forms Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families to support operational flow Maintain office supplies and submit maintenance or supply requests as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred Prior receptionist or front desk experience, especially in healthcare, is a plus Excellent organizational and communication skills Comfortable managing finances, petty cash, and digital records Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office equipment Friendly, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality Why Join Banyan Treatment Centers?
