Banyan Treatment Centers is hiring an Office Coordinator for our Palm Springs facility. This full-time, on-site role provides administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day activities. The Office Coordinator will assist with HR processes, maintain organized records, manage front desk operations, and support interdepartmental communication. Position Details: Reporting to: Director of Operations & HR Manager Schedule: Full-time | MondayFriday | 8:30 AM

5:00 PM (flexibility required) Location: Cathedral City, CA (On-site) Compensation: $22 - $26, dependent on education, experience, and scope of applicable skills. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and new hires. Conduct new hire orientations, assist with onboarding paperwork, and ensure training and CEU compliance. Submit new hire documentation and notify HR of employee status changes, payroll issues, or benefits concerns. Maintain and audit employee files for accuracy and regulatory adherence; assist during open enrollment periods. Track, reconcile, and replenish petty cash for client and office-related expenses, including tobacco and shopping requests. Manage client personal property, including intake, disbursement, discharge preparation, and follow-up mailing. Answer and route incoming calls, monitor front desk coverage, and maintain scheduling for conference room use. Process internal and patient mail and ensure all visitors are screened, logged, and issued proper identification. Order and manage office supplies and inventory for program staff. Support communication between patients, families, and staff; collaborate with clinical teams to uphold safety and care continuity. Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll for Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) staff. Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or clerical roles Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Preferred Qualifications: Experience in behavioral health or mental health settings Familiarity with HRIS platforms (UKG preferred) Associate's degree or higher Bilingual (Spanish strongly encouraged) Why Join Banyan Treatment Centers?
