Continuous Improvement Engineer

The key responsibilities of the Continuous Improvement Engineer are: Identify, lead, and implement process improvement initiatives across operations to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality and safety. Utilize Lean tools (e.g., value stream mapping, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban) and Six Sigma methodologies for problem-solving and process control. Conduct time studies, workflow analyses, and process audits to collect data and propose improvements. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to support cross-functional initiatives. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report improvement results. Support the standardization of processes and training of staff on best practices and continuous improvement tools. The successful Continuous Improvement Engineer will have: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with a focus on process improvement. Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred but not required). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems; experience with data analysis tools a plus. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lead initiatives and influence others without direct authority. What's on Offer
