Join Sensei L?na'i, a Four Seasons Resort The Resort Manager has the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of Sensei L?na'i, a Four Seasons Resort. This position is a true co-pilot and reports to the General Manager. They will be a member of the Resort Leadership team who collectively make key strategic and operational decisions for the Resort. View of Property Needs An existing Hotel Manager (could be an external GM) who has demonstrated strong operational leadership and maturity Prior wellness-related programming experience would be a strong preference Responsible for total Sensei L?nai operations as well as support to the Sensei Wellness, Nobu, and Jozu Art Team partners Proven ability to ensure the delivery of highly personalized service throughout the resort A demonstrated ability to continuously innovate creative new wellness-oriented guest touchpoints

responsible for the coordination of other projects that are constantly ongoing. The RM acts as a project liaison between ownership, contractors and the project team. Focus on maintaining an exceptionally high-quality product is crucial and the RM is accountable for ensuring Housekeeping and Engineering perform at the level required to maintain the resort product. Leadership Requirements Strong Rooms Division background is required Interpersonal skills/savvy to effectively communicate with multiple high-profile stakeholders including complex Hotel Owners/Developers, Four Seasons Executives & Community Leaders. A decisive leader who can make fact-based decisions across multiple stakeholders with differing views Lead and relate to culinary management team in partnership with Nobu, who have a free-standing restaurant approach Ability to be highly flexible in a constantly changing operating environment including how the work is done as well as communication with our employees, guests and ownership. Capable of integrating and understanding island culture and history - creating strong community relations People Aloha spirit

as well as attention to product maintenance Heavy involvement in Capital Planning and a key stakeholder in all CAPEX projects Deep understanding of 5-star service mentality to deliver both AAA and Forbes top positions Profit Plan and control monthly expenditure to maximize return for owner including coordination with Sensei Wellness Prepare annual budget for Sensei, with strong financial acumen to understand and drive financial performance.
