General Production Worker
The role involves loading and unloading materials into and out of trucks, onto conveyor belts, and pallets. You will mix materials to manufacture concrete blocks and load these blocks onto conveyor belts. This is a physically demanding position requiring the ability to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout the day. The work is primarily general labor within a production environment, and being mechanically inclined is considered a plus. Responsibilities

Mechanical skills or mechanical thinking is a nice-to-have. Hands-on working experience is beneficial. Backgrounds in landscaping, construction, or athletics are advantageous. Why Work Here?
