The Facilities and Support Services Representative will assume, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities: On a weekly basis will verify all member identifications are clear and complete. Manage the transfer of expired Identifications to the proper location in imaging. Reviews, Audits and updates Laserfiche documents utilizing various reports in preparation for destruction. Works with Facilities and Support Services Supervisor to coordinate the destruction of scanned and/or other credit union documents. Helps maintain inventory of stored documents and assists Facilities and Support Services Supervisor to store, organize and pull boxes in inventory as well as update electronic inventory list as needed. Assists the Facilities and Support Services Supervisor in handling Help Desk tickets when directed and other minor Facilities tasks. Assists in greeting visitors, receiving packages/letters and maintaining deliveries log book. Works in dual control to open incoming mail. Assists in other mail processing functions, such as UPS World Ship, outgoing and interoffice mail. The successful candidate will possess the following education, knowledge and skillsets: High school diploma, GED or equivalent. Minimum two years general office experience. Familiarity with standard consumer and real estate loan files and documentation preferred. Prior financial institution experience preferred. This position is part time, Mon-Fri, up to 26 hours per week. EOE
