Level 2 to join our team supporting the F-16 program. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and writing technical manuals, maintenance procedures, and related documentation in compliance with program and military specifications. You will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and sustainment teams to ensure accurate, clear, and user-friendly publications that support F-16 maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational readiness. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional writing skills, and experience interpreting engineering data to produce high-quality technical documentation. Key Responsibilities Research, write, and edit technical content for F-16 aircraft maintenance and operations manuals in compliance with contractual and military specifications. Interpret engineering drawings, design change notices, and other source data to develop clear, concise, and accurate documentation. Collaborate with engineers, subject matter experts, and other authors to ensure content accuracy and completeness. Incorporate updates resulting from engineering changes, safety alerts, and process improvements into existing publications. Apply applicable style guides, formatting standards, and publication specifications to ensure consistency across deliverables. Review and validate technical content for clarity, accuracy, and compliance prior to publication release. Support publication updates in response to customer feedback, operational findings, and aircraft configuration changes. Maintain documentation schedules and ensure timely delivery of assigned technical publications. Utilize content management systems and publishing tools to prepare and deliver electronic and/or printed publications. Ensure all documentation meets quality assurance requirements and passes internal and external audits.
