Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with 3+ years in a senior/executive HR leadership role. Experience in a wholesale distribution company highly preferred. High level of business acumen and the ability to manage complexity. Solid verbal and written communication skills. Strong coaching, mentoring and training skills. Strong knowledge of HRIS, workforce management and HR analytics. SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred.
