Project Coordinator
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the execution of strategic initiatives across SHI's Digital Growth team. This role is responsible for maintaining project organization, ensuring effective communication, and supporting the operational cadence of project delivery. The Project Specialist will work closely with the Lead Project Manager to ensure that project tasks are tracked, documented, and completed efficiently. This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about enabling cross-functional collaboration through clear communication and structured processes. Role Description Manage recurring meeting cadences, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up coordination. Capture meeting minutes and assign action items to appropriate stakeholders. Translate meeting notes into actionable tasks in Asana, ensuring clarity, ownership, and due dates. Maintain Asana project boards, ensuring tasks are up to date, statuses are accurate, and completed actions are closed out. Design, build, and maintain the team's SharePoint site to serve as a central hub for documentation, resources, and project visibility. Draft internal communications to promote awareness of project milestones, updates, and key initiatives. Support intake and prioritization processes by organizing incoming project requests and engaging stakeholders to maintain complete project records. Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to track project progress and team performance metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project components. Familiarity with project management concepts Travel may be expected up to 30% based on business needs The estimated annual pay range for this position is $38,000 - $7,000 which includes a base salary plus bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
