We are seeking a seasoned nurse manager for our 6 room CVOR with a focus on cardiovascular thoracic surgery including open heart, heart transplant, endovascular procedures just to name a few.
The Nurse Manager provides leadership to achieve unit, departmental, and institutional objectives within a rapidly changing environment. You will have 24 hour accountability and authority for decisions regarding patient care, unit operations, and personnel management for designated unit.

Who Should Apply
MSN from an accredited nursing program required. Those without the required degree may be considered provided they enroll in an accredited MSN program within 12 months of hire Active Maryland or Compact RN license is required Requires 5 years of experience as a registered nurse (within the specialty preferred), including 3-5 years of leadership and/or management responsibilities Ability to lead others, problem solve, analyze and interpret data, adapt to rapidly changing priorities and environments, and create a climate that fosters compassionate care, innovation, cooperation, collaboration, and teamwork Ideal candidate will have a cardiac, periop or CV background in addition to managment responsibilities.

Salary Range: Minimum $56.34/hour - Maximum $ 87.32/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
