We have an opportunity in the Marietta area for an On-site customer account specialist . This is a temp-to-hire role that comes with a starting pay rate of $ 20.00 . The schedule is Monday-Friday. The hours of operation are 8:00am-5:00pm . Please see below for some job duties and requirements.
nThis person should demonstrate ownership and initiative, especially when managing time-sensitive logistics tasks and documentation. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring inbound freight is tracked accurately and customer commitments are met. They must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing client expectations with professionalism and composure.
nInbound Freight Management: Responsible for tracking, validating, and documenting inbound deliveries from vendors and carriers. Ensures freight issues are identified and resolved before impacting client deliveries.
nClient and Internal Communication: Acts as a liaison between carrier partners, hubs, and client teams to provide timely updates and resolve service gaps. Manages a shared inbox and supports time-sensitive escalations.
nProject & Process Improvement: Leads or supports special projects aimed at reducing inbound failures, improving communication flow, and documenting SOPs for better team alignment.
nPay Details: $20.00 per week
