– Regular Rate: $18–$21/hour, based on experience

About the Role
Jezabel’s is a woman-owned, Northwest Argentine bakery, restaurant, and market rooted in kindness, hospitality, and attention to detail. We are looking for a Back of House team member who takes pride in their craft, supports the team, and values consistency — in both food and attitude.
This position focuses on empanada production and baking , and also supports broader bakery prep and market production . Experience helps, but attitude is more important — we’re happy to train someone who brings curiosity, care, and a willingness to grow.
ResponsibilitiesShape, fold, and bake empanadas with consistent size, weight, and presentation
Follow production lists for empanadas, quiches, and savory items
Assist with dough prep, portioning, and station setup
Support bakery and farmers market production as needed
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Participate in kitchen reset and shared cleaning duties — we work as a team
1–2+ years kitchen, bakery, or BOH experience
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality
Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for 6–8 hours
Available Monday–Sunday , with at least one weekend day required
Comfortable in a collaborative, feedback-oriented environment
Spanish-speaking is a plus, not required
