About the Role

We are hiring passionate, motivated Floor Managers to join our team across all locations. This is a great opportunity for rising hospitality professionals looking to grow their leadership experience in a high-energy, guest-focused setting.

As a Floor Manager, you will help drive daily service, support front-of-house operations, and build strong connections with guests and team members alike. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires floor presence, enthusiasm, attention to detail, and a desire to inspire others. You will work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to ensure smooth shifts, support team development, and uphold our service and hospitality standards.

What You Will Do

  • Lead by example to deliver warm, welcoming hospitality every shift
  • Support daily operations and service execution across the dining room, bar, and host stand
  • Assist with pre-shift meetings, team coaching, and guest recovery
  • Communicate clearly and positively with both front- and back-of-house teams
  • Help maintain standards for service, cleanliness, organization, and pace
  • Step in as needed to support all roles and lead the floor
  • Provide real-time feedback, recognition, and problem-solving support to team members
  • Learn and grow in all areas of restaurant operations, with a path toward more senior management

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 1–3 years of restaurant leadership experience (supervisor, key holder, or manager preferred)
  • Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage
  • Calm under pressure and energized by a busy floor
  • Positive communicator who leads with care, clarity, and consistency
  • Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Eager to learn and grow within a supportive leadership team
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic scheduling/inventory tools
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Experience with Mediterranean or New Orleans cuisine is a plus, but not required
