About RSM’s Family Office Enterprise (FOE) Practice RSM’s dedicated FOE practice helps define and sustain a family’s vision across their family office, operating business, and investment structures. We understand the goals of ultra-high net worth families with our customized and integrated services, technology, and insights. We support clients throughout their wealth journey, offering solutions across the family office lifecycle, from creation to transformation, including governance, family education, risk management, privacy/data security, and technology outsourcing.

Role: Tax Senior Manager As a Tax Senior Manager, your responsibilities include:
Advising family office and multi-generational families on tax services such as structuring, succession, wealth transfer, and compliance
Leading engagement teams on entity, individual, fiduciary, and gift/estate taxation, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability
Anticipating client needs and collaborating across specialties to build relationships and support growth
Participating in client proposals and business development
Building collaborative teams and developing talent
Contributing to technical expertise and strategic committees
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and community through networking and thought leadership
Aligning with RSM’s core values and strategic vision as an enterprise leader
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
CPA license or equivalent (J.D., enrolled agent)
Minimum of 8 years in public accounting, with experience in private client taxation and leadership in client engagements
Proficiency in at least one area: entity or individual and fiduciary taxation, with understanding of complex investments
Knowledge of multi-state taxation
Strong communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
LL.M. or Master’s in Taxation
Experience with gift and estate taxation
