We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
HR Business Partner (HRBP)
to join our clients team on a contract basis. This role will support key business units in Renton, WA, providing strategic HR guidance and operational support to drive business performance and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Support talent development initiatives and succession planning. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver solutions in compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Lead or support change management initiatives and organizational development efforts. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner capacity. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven decision-making. Pay Details:
$45.00 to $55.00 per hour
