Temporary HR Administrative Assistant in Renton, WA
Location: Renton, WA
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Type: Temporary / Contract
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to support our client's Human Resources team on a 3-month temporary contract in Renton, WA. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support recruitment efforts, including interview coordination and candidate communication
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events
  • Respond to employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources
  • Assist with compliance tracking and reporting
Qualifications:
  • 2 years of HR administrative experience
  • Familiarity with HR processes and confidentiality standards
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Pay Details: $26.00 to $27.00 per hour
