Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience in every interaction. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers as needed.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate call records in the company database.
  • Follow company scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient with basic computer applications and CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
