In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience in every interaction. Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers as needed.

• Maintain detailed and accurate call records in the company database.
