Position Details
Title: Mobile Associate Location: Philadelphia, PA (Center City) Pay Rate: $19.00 - 20.00/hr Schedule: Monday-Friday | 35 hours/week Shift Window: Between 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (flexibility required) Your Impact - Key Responsibilities
General Support:
Provide PTO and break coverage across various departments: Reception, Mail & Print Center, Lobby Concierge, and more Adapt quickly to different roles and tasks across client locations Deliver 5-star customer service at all times Reception & Hospitality:
Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth Manage conference room reservations, visitor registration, and room maintenance Coordinate with Conference Services, Catering, and AV teams Maintain high-volume inboxes and provide timely, accurate responses Mailroom & Reprographics:
Perform scheduled mail runs and special deliveries Support printing, binding, and reprographics requests Monitor supply inventory and place replenishment orders as needed Lobby Concierge:
Greet guests and manage client check-ins and ID verifications Offer VIP support including visitor escorts and local recommendations Handle guest registrations and concierge inquiries Switchboard Operations:
Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism Take and deliver messages accurately Process guest service tickets What We're Looking For - Requirements
High School Diploma/ College degree preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and calendar management Polished, high-energy demeanor with a white-glove hospitality mindset Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Strong time management and communication skills Professional grooming and appearance consistent with a corporate environment Writing sample may be requested Team player with a can-do attitude Physical Requirements
Frequent walking to conduct office rounds and restocking duties
