Are you passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences? Do you thrive in polished, fast-paced corporate environments? We're seeking a dynamic and service-driven Mobile Associate to support front-of-house hospitality services at a prestigious financial services firm in Manhattan.

As a key member of the onsite hospitality team, you'll rotate across multiple service areas - including Reception, Lobby Concierge, Meeting Room Booking, and Conference Center Support - delivering seamless, high-touch service to clients, guests, and employees alike.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, must be flexible between the hours of 7am-6pm if needed to cover other shifts.

Pay Rate:

$23-$25/hr based on experience

The Mobile Hospitality Associate plays a critical role in delivering five-star front-of-house service. This position supports various hospitality functions throughout the facility, ensuring a consistent and professional experience at every touchpoint.

You'll float between designated areas within the site, adapting to the day's needs while upholding the highest standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities Greet and assist all visitors with professionalism, warmth, and hospitality. Provide reception desk coverage including phone handling, guest check-ins, and badge issuance. Support meeting room scheduling, event coordination, and conference center setup. Ensure common areas, lobbies, and meeting spaces are clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times. Anticipate client and guest needs and respond with efficiency and courtesy. Collaborate with security, facilities, and internal teams to address and resolve service needs promptly. Maintain a strong presence throughout the site, adapting to various hospitality functions as needed. Preferred Skills & Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in hospitality, reception, concierge, or other client-facing roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - polished, professional, and poised. Proven ability to multitask in a high-profile, fast-paced corporate environment. A service-first mindset with attention to detail and discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and visitor management or scheduling systems. Flexibility to adapt to shifting needs within the site.
