HR Business Partner - Champion Employee Relations in a Growing Manufacturing Company
About the Role We're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team and play a pivotal role in building a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture. In this position, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across our multiple manufacturing sites-ensuring fair, consistent, and proactive employee relations practices that support both people and performance.
What You'll Do Partner with plant managers and department leaders to address employee relations issues, from investigations to conflict resolution, with professionalism and discretion. Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on performance management, policy interpretation, and compliance with employment laws. Drive consistency in HR practices across multiple locations while recognizing and adapting to site-specific needs. Support change management initiatives, engagement programs, and workforce development efforts to enhance company culture. Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop, communicate, and implement HR policies and best practices. Analyze employee feedback and workplace trends to proactively address potential issues before they escalate. What We're Looking For
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong emphasis on employee relations in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Solid understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills-able to build trust at all levels of the organization. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on practical, people-centered solutions. Ability to travel occasionally between manufacturing sites.
