General Summary
Responsible for the care of our customer's needs with regard to installation, training and ongoing support of new and installed equipment. This position is our primary interface between our company and our customers after a machine
Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Field Service Technician is responsible addressing any opportunities / issues / training and checkouts of machinery. Provide technical resource support to customers by answering questions about intended designs Provide new and continued training to our customers on company supplied equipment Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and testing tasks. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. Checkout and test finished machinery prior to shipment. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Strong Electro/Mechanical troubleshooting skills High school degree or GED and a minimum of three to five years of field service technician/customer service experience Travel anticipated up to 75% of the time. Primarily domestic but occasional international travel required. Meet Your Recruiter
