Position Summary

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our dynamic growing team. This role is an on-site, highly skilled, and knowledgeable customer resource specializing in steam systems. The individual will effectively engage with all levels of plant staff and management to identify, assess, manage, and resolve chronic steam system challenges at the client's facility. The primary responsibility is ensuring the successful execution of the agreed-upon contract, fostering long-term, sustainable improvements. Key Responsibilities Evaluate Completed Steam Trap Surveys and manage the replacement process. Prioritize and handle customer work, focusing on identifying and delivering energy savings. Input and analyze data related to the on-site program, applying and crafting spreadsheets for reporting. Act as a liaison between the customer's operations and maintenance teams to ensure seamless communication. Provide regular updates to the customer's management team through formal presentations and reports. Lead customer training sessions and deliver presentations on steam system management. Work together with internal sales teams and collaborators to boost product sales within the facility. Lead on-site steam systems, collaborating with Spirax Sarco teams, providing tailored solutions. Job Functions Perform project activities including inquiries, quotes, orders, project scheduling, and implementation through to completion and invoicing. Perform site prioritization to identify root-cause failure and establish standard methodologies connections for all replaced or installed steam specialties during steam trap optimization. Coordinate on-site activity and follow-up with key site personnel for agreed upon site strategic programs, goals, and objectives. Coordinate with the Spirax Sales Team. Find opportunities to help build projects and grow the business on site. Schedule equipment installation and coordinate services work with site personnel including steam trap surveys and assessments. Investigate repeat offenders and problem areas for root cause analysis. Conduct monthly progress meetings with the main customer collaborators. Identify steam leaks, missing insulation, and standard methodologies in operating units. Periodically report steam savings vs. project cost as the need arises. Supervise installation and repair for quality control. Locate and update P&ID's with steam trap numbers. Research maintenance notifications in SAP and schedule repairs if warranted. Job Requirements 2 year degree in construction management or CAD/Drafting preferred. 5+ years proven track record in steam system related maintenance. Welding, Pipe-Fitting, Refinery experience, Project management, Maintenance planning, SAP, Excel Spreadsheets skills preferred.
