You will play an integral role in our high-reaching endeavors to improve efficiency, ensure detailed processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering operations! Responsibilities
Drive sales of sophisticated solutions and on-site assessments by coordinating with the sales team to target and visit end users, developing self-generated projects with quantifiable sustainability benefits. Deploy and embed the maturing process for the SI-2 Customer sustainability journey. Generate Rapid Plant Assessment (RPA) reports to support on customer site audits. Support the sales team in delivering technical solutions with quantified sustainability benefits. Deliver presentations and proposals to support projects. Represent Spirax U.S. as the Subject Matter Expert, coordinating with the Americas Divisional Team to build repeatable solutions to share with the U.S. team. Travel across the US to support the sales of complex products and solutions. Provide ideas to the NPI process to support group or local development of products and solutions. Develop sales tools to support identifying and qualifying opportunities. Coordinate with Spirax US Product Management on new product launches and solutions. Coordinate with Spirax Industry Managers to market specific solutions in target industries. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. 5 years of experience in the following: applications engineering, application experience of Thermo-compressors, desuperheaters, control valves, heat exchangers, related instrumentation, and steam applications in Food and Beverage, Healthcare, Oil, Gas, and Chemical Facilities. Consistent track record in directly leading team members. Ability to travel up to 50% domestically.
