Wingate Management Company, a leader in real estate development and property management, is seeking a Assistant Community Manager to join our team at a large, fast-paced affordable housing community in Wellesley/Needham, MA
What You'll Do:
Manage income certifications and recertifications for multiple affordable housing programs. Handle resident application intakes, interviews, and leasing paperwork. Maintain waiting lists and process third-party income verifications. Ensure compliance with HUD, Section 8, LIHTC, and state/local housing regulations. Prepare monthly HAP billing and interim certifications. Conduct new resident orientations and assist with rent collection. Maintain accurate resident files and submit regulatory reports on time. Foster positive relationships with residents and housing agencies.

Experience Required for Your Success
What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree a plus. 2+ years' experiencein affordable housing/property management. Proficient inMicrosoft Officeand housing software (OneSite experience preferred). Strong working knowledge ofEIV, LIHTC, HUD, and other housing compliance programs. Industry-recognized certifications (C3P, SHCM, TaCCs, HCCP, or equivalent). Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
