Bilingual Assistant Property Manager - Affordable Housing (Doraville, GA)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM | Onsite Daily Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour + $100 per commission Location: Doraville, GA

Show available units to prospective residents and process applications Complete move-ins, move-outs, and annual/interim certifications (Section 8 required) Assist withwaitlist management,rent collections, andlease renewals Answer phones, respond to resident service requests, and provide exceptional customer service Process HAP billing, EIV reporting, TRACS submissions, and resolve discrepancies Post rents, serve legal notices, and support eviction processes when needed Inspect units and follow up on make-readies and work orders Act as the Property Manager in their absence Help ensure community rules and compliance standards are met

Experience Required for Your Success
High school diploma or GED required 1-2 yearsof experience in property management or affordable housing Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish required) Experience with Section 8 programs and EIV preferred Knowledge of HUD regulations, leasing, and resident relations Strong administrative, organizational, and customer service skills Experience with OneSite a plus Certification (COS or CPO) preferred or willingness to obtain What You'll Receive:
