Assistant Property Manager - Colonial Heights, VA Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $28/hour Location: Colonial Heights, VA

We are seeking a skilled Assistant Property Manager to help oversee a 292-unit affordable housing community in Colonial Heights, VA . HUD and LIHTC experience is required.

Support day-to-day operations, resident communications, and vendor coordination Handle recertifications , interims , and compliance for HUD/LIHTC programs Oversee rent collection , manage delinquencies, and assist with evictions and special claims Conduct unit inspections, manage move-ins/move-outs, and maintain accurate records Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies

Experience Required for Your Success
What You Bring to the Table:
2+ years of experience in HUD Project-Based Section 8 and Tax Credit housing In-depth knowledge of recertification , EIV , and special claims processes Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office; OneSite experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent; industry certifications (TCS, COS) are a plus What You'll Receive:
