Job Overview: We are seeking a talented IT UX Product Designer to join our UX Product Design team, focusing on enhancing customer self-service experiences across multiple lines of business, such as Auto, Home, and Renters insurance. This role emphasizes billing, payments, and policy changes, with a strong focus on user-centered design solutions that prioritize ease of use, best-in-class interaction design, and optimized user experiences. The ideal candidate will work in an Agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer pain points and achieve business outcomes.

Responsibilities: Collaborate in an Agile environment with dispersed teams, attending daily ceremonies and partnering with content designers, product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders. Analyze and address complex product requirements and interaction design challenges to create innovative solutions that meet user and business needs. Continuously seek and integrate user feedback through immersive user research, concept testing, and usability testing to optimize user experiences. Coordinate across multiple projects and work streams to ensure a seamless user experience within a complex product ecosystem. Collaborate with stakeholders, including finance, business SMEs, and process owners, synthesizing feedback and articulating design decisions effectively. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of UX/product design experience. Proficiency in methodologies such as Agile, Design Thinking, Lean UX, and human-centered design. Strong expertise in FIGMA and familiarity with visual design, UX design, prototyping, information architecture, front-end development, and user research. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present projects and status reports to senior management. Strong organizational and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex content into user scenarios, flows, and diagrams. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Online portfolio showcasing UX work and/or case studies. Experience with insurance claims is a plus.

Pay Range: $50.00 - $64.28

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
