Facilities Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The position operates Monday through Friday from 7:45 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 45-minute lunch break. Occasionally, overnight or weekend shifts may be required, though these instances are rare. The role involves a range of maintenance duties across various disciplines including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and the servicing of drink machines. Responsibilities
Install, change, and fix electrical outlets, and troubleshoot electrical issues within the building. Perform basic plumbing tasks and diagnose plumbing issues. Conduct minor carpentry work as needed within the facility. Service HVAC systems at different client locations. Maintain and service drink machines such as espresso and mixers. Utilize mechanical skills to perform equipment maintenance and repairs. Maintain the inventory of parts and equipment within the shop. Drive a company car to various locations throughout Central Valley. Perform janitorial duties as required. Essential Skills
Proficiency in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot and repair building maintenance issues. Experience in using hand and power tools. Mechanical inclination and hands-on skills. Experience as a Maintenance Technician I, II, or III, ranging from 1-10 years. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Clean DMV record for driving company car. EPA Universal certification is nice to have. Maintenance certifications are nice to have. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
