Under the direction of the Executive Director of Purchasing and Contracts, the PCard Administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing the UNLV Purchasing Card (PCard) program, ensuring compliance with policies, monitoring transactions, providing training and regular support to cardholders, and managing misuse detection and reporting. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for the program, including annual updates to the PCard Manual, and the development of training resources and guides. The PCard Administrator will supervise coordinator positions assigned to the PCard program, ensuring smooth operations, clear duties assigned, and adherence to financial controls. This role involves coordinating with internal departments, external suppliers, representatives from JP Morgan, PaymentNET, Card Integrity and various financial teams to optimize PCard usage while maintaining financial integrity and compliance with applicable regulations. The position typically oversees 1000

1100 cardholders. There are approximately 75,000 transactions totaling roughly $25 million annually processed through this program. Minimum Qualifications

This position requires a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university as recognized by the United States Department of Education and/or the Council on Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and 5-7 years in purchasing, accounting, auditing or policy program management or PCard Programs. And, 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience. Credentials must be obtained prior to the start date. Preferred Qualifications
