Traveling Concrete Foreman
to take charge of major commercial construction projects nationwide
As a
Traveling Concrete Foreman , you will supervise and coordinate daily activities of concrete crews, ensure quality work, enforce safety, manage schedules, communicate with project teams, and travel to job sites. Conversational Spanish is required to work effectively with diverse crews.

is a general contractor based out of Swisher, Iowa with a branch office in New Franken, Wisconsin. In 2010
IC Construction
started as a concrete subcontractor but has since expanded into providing full general contractor services, including self-performing concrete, carpentry, and steel erection trades.

Job Duties : • Supervise crews of 6-12 team members (may oversee smaller crews of 3-4 depending on the project) • Oversee all phases of concrete work, including site prep, forming, pouring, and finishing • Step into carpentry work as needed during slower concrete project periods • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans • Plan and track project schedules, budgets, and labor hours • Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and vendors
Requirements : • 5+ years construction experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/foreman role • Strong knowledge of concrete construction and finishing techniques) • Conversational Spanish required for crew communication • OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire) • Driver's license • High school diploma or GED required
