is growing and looking for a skilled, solution-oriented

Project Manager

to join our high-performing team.

As a

Project Manager , you'll take the lead on multimillion-dollar ground-up construction projects, overseeing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site safety. You'll collaborate with Superintendents, Engineers, and internal teams to ensure milestones are achieved and challenges are met with effective, timely solutions. This position reports directly to the

Senior Project Manager

and requires occasional travel to job sites nationwide.

IC Construction Company

is a general contractor based out of Swisher, Iowa with a branch office in New Franken, Wisconsin. In 2010 IC Construction started as a concrete subcontractor but has since expanded into providing full general contractor services, including self-performing concrete, carpentry, and steel erection trades.

Benefits : • Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000 (DOE) • PTO • Health, dental, vision, and life insurance • 401k with company match • Per diem travel pay • Cell phone reimbursement • Generous company contributions toward insurance premiums • Potential bonus opportunities

Job Duties : • Determine work priorities and coordinate work activities within the project assigned • Manage multimillion dollar projects • Organize project finances • Oversee superintendents • Monitor and enforce safety standards on the jobsite • Ensures that project milestones are met and adhered to approved budgets.

Requirements : • 5 + years of project management experience • Ground up commercial experience required • Drivers License • Bachelor's degree required
