Total Rewards Coordinator (Contract)
Location:
Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid - 4 days in office, 1 day remote to start) Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate:
$25/hr + DOE Start Date:
Targeting September 8 (may start sooner)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative
Total Rewards Coordinator
to support benefits, compensation, leave administration, and wellness initiatives. This contract role is ideal for someone with a strong background in employee benefits and a passion for enhancing the employee experience. Key Responsibilities Benefits Administration:
Manage enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries across health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans. Support wellness initiatives and internal communications. Compensation Support:
Maintain compensation data, assist with benchmarking, and support annual merit and bonus cycles. Leave Coordination:
Administer FMLA, STD, personal leave, and ADA accommodations. Ensure compliance and timely communication. Workers' Compensation:
File reports, coordinate with carriers and clinics, and monitor claims. Open Enrollment:
Assist with setup in HRIS systems, reporting, reconciliation, and employee support. Vendor & Billing Management:
Reconcile benefit invoices and coordinate with vendors to ensure accuracy. Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain records and ensure adherence to federal, state, and company policies. Qualifications Experience:
2-4 years in benefits, compensation, or leave administration. Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now. Knowledge:
Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ACA, and workers' compensation regulations. Soft Skills:
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Must be collaborative, kind, and deadline-driven. Ideal Candidate Traits Approves benefit enrollments and verifies qualifying life events. Experienced in workers' comp reporting and leave administration.
