We are seeking a motivated recent college graduate to join our panel team and learn the market research panel business from the ground up. This role offers comprehensive training in panel management, custom recruitment, and proactive community building while supporting our team's growth initiatives and day-to-day operations. What You'll Do

Panel Operations Support (40%): Assist with custom recruitment projects using various digital channels and databases Support proactive panel growth initiatives across multiple communities Help manage reward distribution and panelist engagement programs Assist with data entry, profile updates, and database maintenance Learn and apply quality control processes for participant verification Project Support & Learning (30%): Shadow senior team members on client calls and project planning sessions Assist with feasibility research and participant sourcing for complex projects Support bid preparation by gathering audience data and recruitment cost estimates Learn to use panel management software and internal tools Participate in project post-mortems and feedback sessions Administrative & Process Improvement (20%): Support monthly reporting cycles and data compilation Assist with vendor relationship management and communication Help document processes and create training materials Support implementation of new tools and automation initiatives Maintain organized records of recruitment sources and performance metrics Professional Development (10%): Participate in comprehensive panel management training program Attend industry webinars and training sessions Learn market research methodologies and industry best practices Develop skills in data analysis, digital marketing, and client communication Work toward professional certifications in market research or digital marketing What We're Looking For

Education & Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field 0-2 years professional experience (internships and part-time work count) Strong academic performance with demonstrated analytical skills Interest in market research, data analysis, or digital marketing Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Comfortable learning new software platforms and tools Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing concepts Strong attention to detail for data management tasks Excellent written and verbal communication skills Core Competencies: Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks Team-oriented mindset with collaborative approach Problem-solving attitude and willingness to take on challenges Professional demeanor for client-facing interactions What We Offer

Competitive base salary: $58,000-$73,000 + variable compensation after first year Flexible vacation policy

1st Round: 30-45 minute interview with the Recruiter 2nd Round: Assessment(s) 3rd Round: 60-minute interview with the Hiring Manager 4th Round: 2 hours of onsite interviews with the Hiring Team Please note that we are fully onsite work environment, and require daily presence at our LoDo office by Union Station.
