We are seeking an experienced Manager, Panel Insights to guide our panel operations as we scale our market research capabilities and improve service levels to match our industry-leading product quality. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational expertise, leading a team of 7-10 professionals while providing consultative support to client-facing teams on complex B2B and healthcare targeting challenges. What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership & Team Management (40%) Lead and develop a team of 7-10 panel professionals across multiple communities and specialties Set strategic direction for panel growth, budget planning, and resource allocation Develop and maintain relationships with joint venture partners Create and execute aggressive growth strategies for internal panel communities Establish service level standards to match our product quality and exceed client expectations Client-Facing Consultative Support (25%) Provide expert consultation during bid phase for niche/difficult HCP and B2B targets Support client-facing teams with feasibility assessments and strategic guidance on significant opportunities Lead collaborative approach to project escalations, creating action plans with project managers Deliver evidence-based recommendations using historical project data and panel capabilities Participate in client calls 4-5 times weekly to scope audiences and clarify project details Panel Operations & Growth (25%) Oversee proactive community building and reactive high-quality participant recruitment Manage monthly reporting cycles and invoicing processes Implement and optimize progressive profiling systems to keep panelist data current Drive automation initiatives for recruitment processes and data integration Ensure fraud prevention and quality control across all panel activities Technology & Process Innovation (10%) Leverage AI tools for feasibility assessments and project planning automation Implement data integration solutions Develop feedback loops for continuous improvement of service delivery Create standardized processes for handoffs between panel and project management teams Support development of historical data chatbot for improved response time What We're Looking For
Leadership & Experience 5-8 years experience in digital marketing, market research, or panel management Proven track record leading teams of 5+ professionals Experience with budget management and P&L responsibility Strong consultative selling and client relationship management skills Technical Skills Digital Marketing: Expertise in online recruitment, social media advertising, email marketing automation Data Management: Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), data integration, and progressive profiling Analytics: Ability to analyze panel health metrics, conversion rates, and ROI Project Management: Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder project coordination Industry Knowledge Market research experience helpful but not required Understanding of B2B and healthcare audience targeting challenges Experience with quality control and fraud prevention in digital environments Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and research industry compliance standards Core Competencies Strategic thinking with operational execution capability Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration Problem-solving mindset with ability to handle escalations gracefully Data-driven decision making approach Ability to balance multiple priorities in fast-paced environment What We Offer
