Customer Service/Logistics Specialist
position open with our client in Miami. This is an
onsite, direct hire
role.
Responsibilities
Update customers regarding sales orders including status, scheduling, etc.
Also responsible for logistics management including transportation, delivery confirmations as well as invoicing
Experience
Minimum two years of customer service experience in a logistics/shipping industry dealing with perishable items/food required
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or Business Administration required
Knowledge/Skills
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
SAP experience highly preferred
Friendly and professional demeanor (phone/in person)
Strong attention to detail
Effective communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills
Work Hours/Salary Range
Position requires working 7 days a week on a rotating schedule (will work a weekend every three weeks with a day off the following week)
$60-70K plus annual bonus
Benefits include: Health, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match,15 paid time off days per year, etc.
