Real Estate Paralegal

Insight Globals client is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to support its Legal team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role involves cross-functional collaboration across departments and external stakeholders, including tenants and outside counsel. The ideal candidate will have experience in litigation support, lease documentation, and insurance claims, and will be comfortable managing sensitive legal files and communications. This is a full-time, office-based position offering exposure to a broad range of real estate legal matters. Key Responsibilities Review and countersign leases, renewals, and related agreements Prepare and mail rent collection notices; manage collections packets for legal counsel Review incident reports and submit insurance claims when applicable Assist attorneys with landlord/tenant and commercial litigation Maintain insurance litigation and commercial tenant files Ensure compliance with insurance certificates, security deposits, and lease abstracts Respond to subpoenas across the portfolio Process condominium sublease and resale applications Renew brokerage real estate licenses File claims with third-party guarantors for tenant arrears We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Bachelors degree or equivalent vocational/technical training Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm or legal department Paralegal Certificate preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills High attention to detail and follow-through Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks across departments Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience in real estate litigation or property management legal support Familiarity with insurance claims and lease documentation Exposure to condominium board processes and sublease applications Sales force navigation experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
