The Opportunity

The Adobe Digital Strategy and Growth team is seeking a passionate, data-driven Sr. Growth Product Manager - Mobile to join our high-performance team. Grounded in data and passionate about high-velocity experimentation, we are dedicated to delivering impactful growth strategies for our mobile products. As a Sr. Growth Product Manager - Mobile, you will lead our efforts to drive MAU and revenue through rigorous A/B testing and continuous optimization. Craft growth strategies from user insights for mobile optimization and pricing experiments. What You'll Do

Experimentation & Optimization:

Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize mobile funnels, focusing on impact, complexity, and alignment. Collaborate with Data Science to provide data-driven recommendations and leverage both quantitative and qualitative insights to improve user conversion and growth. Growth Strategy Development:

Define and implement strategies for user acquisition, monetization, and retention. Lead offer and price testing to drive revenue, prioritizing tests that improve customer touchpoints across the journey. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Finance to translate findings into product improvements and ensure alignment on growth initiatives. Data Analysis & Reporting:

Monitor critical metrics such as conversion rates and churn, detailing test plans and results. Offer leadership consistent updates on growth performance, opportunities, and outcomes. Thought Leadership & Expertise:

Serve as a subject matter expert on mobile growth, offering leadership and detailed strategies to guide the team's efforts. What You'll Need To Succeed:

Experience:

5+ years in mobile app growth with a Bachelor's degree (MBA or equivalent experience preferred). Entrepreneurial & Strategic Execution:

Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to drive initiatives from ideation to execution in fast-paced environments. Customer-Centric & Data-Driven:

Expertise in bringing to bear customer insights and data to inform decisions, with a focus on A/B testing, cohort analysis, and feature adoption. Cross-Functional Leadership:

Skilled at building partnerships across functions and aligning teams around shared goals to drive success. Mobile Growth & Monetization:

Deep understanding of mobile business models, particularly in-app purchases and subscriptions, with a focus on driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue. Organizational & Prioritization Skills:

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and align initiatives with broader business objectives. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $122,200 -- $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
