A Day in the Life:
As a Retail Loyalty Specialist at Monster Energy, you will be instrumental in creating and executing compelling content strategies for our loyalty programs. Your focus will be on boosting customer satisfaction and retention by crafting loyalty programs that reflect the thrilling and energetic lifestyle of Monster Energy's brand, ensuring our customers stay connected with our exciting offerings like Monster Green, Monster Ultra, and Reign.
The Impact You'll Make:
Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns and promotional events. Support leadership with bottler, chain integration efforts, meet with bottlers, chains to secure integration for new markets. Collaborate with internal departments, remain current on new marketing initiatives, communication opportunities, and ensure brand consistency. Produce high-quality, engaging content, including articles, newsletters, social media posts, videos, and more. Build relationships with sales departments, to ensure alignment with business changes and goals. Work with commercialization and sales teams to adapt programs, offers, and incentives for the community as needed Plan and execute loyalty program campaigns to drive retailer engagement and participation. Create cohesive strategies for customer experience. Use customer data and insights to tailor content and offers to specific segments of the loyalty program. Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality. Engage with customers through various communication channels, responding to inquiries and feedback promptly Who You Are:
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Marketing, Business Administration or related field of study Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in marketing or loyalty program management Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in customer service, conducting surveys, focus groups Computer Skills Desired: Proficient in Power Point, Word, Excel, Clickup, Contenƞul, Magento, SAP Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Experience with Content Management System (CMS) and social media platforms. Experience in developing, managing, and executing content campaigns through digital platforms.
Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $51,000-$68,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
