As a
Digital Designer , you will partner with team members to deliver quality creative that is strategic and on time. The Digital Designer is fluent in user experience principles and methods and understands how to integrate with other channels. You will execute ideas from beginning to end while effectively communicating required information to the team. The Design will possess exceptional attention to detail and can balance business objects with creative efforts. They will push the creative conceptually and aesthetically to ensure quality digital creative is produced to the best of their ability every day.
Moore Media and Digital , a division of Moore, works to build donor surround sound with video, audio, and other digital messages. Part of this is through addressable media where you know who the person is you are targeting; this includes programmatic video, CTV, programmatic display, email, texting, and some social ads. And part is through non-addressable media like DRTV, traditional radio advertising, and other digital services like website design.

Your Impact:
Interpret and translate input from clients, strategists, and creative directors into effective creative executions. Work on large, integrated digital clients to ensure that all elements of a campaign work together to maximize fundraising goals. Rationalize and present creative recommendations to internal team and client as needed. Articulate abstract creative ideas to team and clients. Handle multiple projects at various stages concurrently as part of a team or independently. Implement diplomacy and nurture rapport with team and clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge with respect to design, cultural, and business trends. Concept creative ideas and be an active listener who provides constructive feedback. Accept and implement constructive feedback when appropriate. Work autonomously to product designs and collaboratively with strategists, creative directors, account team, and developers to refine designs and address notes. Practice good housekeeping etiquette with respect to working files, servers. Your Profile:
2-5 years of digital design experience as part of an ad agency or in-house team. Bachelor's degree in a related field (visual communications, graphic design, advertising, etc.) or equivalent experience. Online portfolio showcasing qualifications mentioned required. High level proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat). Ability to animate through timeline-based techniques or HTML5 coding. Proficiency with After Effects a plus. Proficiency with animation programs for web preferred such as Adobe Animate, Canva, Creatopy, etc. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office. Familiarity with project management platforms such as Workfront, Basecamp, or Asana a plus. Direct response or fundraising experience preferred. Comfortable with a fast-paced agency environment and a variety of creative-oriented tasks. Exceptional time management, critical thinking, and communication skills. Possess a proactive mindset, the ability to see the bigger picture, and patience. Tirelessly curious, collaborative, and strive for fresh creative.
