As an

Email Developer , you will be responsible for the successful production and development of email campaigns for our nonprofit clients. Asa member of the Moore Digital team, the Email Developer will take a lead role in executing email strategies, implementing best practice email coding standards, and ensuring that emails function properly across email clients, platforms, browsers, and devices. The Email Developer will be adept at managing a high-volume of work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment, and will be highly experienced with a variety of email marketing and fundraising platforms.

Moore Media and Digital , a division of Moore, works to build donor surround sound with video, audio, and other digital messages. Part of this is through addressable media where you know who the person is you are targeting; this includes programmatic video, CTV, programmatic display, email, texting, and some social ads. And part is through non-addressable media like DRTV, traditional radio advertising, and other digital services like website design.

Your Impact:

Collaborate with team of strategists and designers to generate top-notch, engaging digital campaigns to support client objectives. Utilize email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Luminate Online, Salsa, Charity Engine, EveryAction, Hubspot, and Engaging Networks to create and execute dynamic, data-driven email campaigns and experiences. Implement segmentation and conditional content when needed. Ensure that internal teams are updated on the delivery of digital campaigns. Execute A/B email optimization testing. Maintain technical readiness for adoption of new technologies and improved business processes. Contribute to the team's expertise through research of new digital and email platforms, tools, strategies, and tactics to drive success. Your Profile:

2-4 years of email production and development experience. Demonstrated expertise with email marketing technology. Strong knowledge of computer software related to web design and graphic design. Advanced knowledge of HTML and CSS. Strong knowledge of media queries and coding best practices specific to email. Experience with a variety of Email Marketing platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Luminate Online, Salsa, Charity Engine, Emma, EveryAction, Hubspot, and Engaging Networks. Familiarity with digital direct response fundraising metrics and direct marketing strategy a plus. Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously; a resourceful self-starter who can take initiative, follow through on projects, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment. Strong ability to prioritize and manage workload, with the ability to work independently. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Commitment to delivering error-free work and high-quality customer service to clients.
